Welcome to the AYS Certificate Form

This is how the certificate form works. It will generate a .pdf file (adobe acrobat reader is required, download it free here, www.adobe.com) with a certificate for each child you enter in the text boxes below. Once you are finished with the information and hit the 'Submit' button, you will be prompted to either 'Save' or 'Open' this file. Click on 'Open' to view what is created and make changes in the form as necessary.. You may choose to save it for printing later, . Once you have the file opened and looks the way you like, navigate your mouse to the top left corner and click on the 'File' menu, then scroll down to 'Print'. You will be prompted again with a box to choose print options. There are two parts you may need to change on this print dialog box. Verify that in the section 'Page Handling', that 'Page Scaling' is set to 'None' and the box is checked for 'Auto-Rotate and Center'. This will ensure your certificates will print correctly and in the center of the paper. 'Click the 'Ok' button and your certificates should now be printing.

WARNING: Some of these borders will be heavy duty ink eaters. If you value the amount of ink in your printer cartridge, I'd suggest using one of the simplier designs.
